All our parcels sent through postex are allowed to be opened. Kindly check the bag's quality, size, and color before making payment to the rider and ensure that you have received the bag you ordered. If it is torn, any part is broken, missing, or if you are not satisfied, return it without making any payment

After ensuring that you have received the right bag and made payment, or if a day or more has passed, if you want to return or exchange it, you would need to send it to our return address at your own expense through any courier company. Once we receive it, we will send your money to the account provided by you.
